A Summer Necessity

Do you burn easily? I sure do.
Do you want healthy skin? Me too. :)

I’m so grateful I discovered this product a couple of years ago.

Lather a small amount of Dermalogica After Sun Repair, 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
on your sunburned skin.  Depending on how bad the burn is, you will see and feel a remarkable difference after the first day!  Not only that, NO PEELING!  Seriously!  Turns to tan.  Yep! ;)

Ok, so here is the negative part…it’s expensive.  I would say it’s almost like liquid gold.  However, is your skin worth it?  How about your children’s skin?  Aren’t they worth it as well?  No more whining and complaining with this amazing cream.

YOUR FAMILY IS WORTH IT!

I still need advocate using sunscreen…a must!  Nevertheless, sometimes if you spent all day at the beach, lake, pool or water park, it doesn’t matter how often you applied the sunscreen; the dreaded sunburn happens.

If you are like me, you will see the price and freak out.  I sure did!  Then one day I got a blistering sun burn.  At that point, I would try almost anything to help the pain.  I bought my first bottle and fell in love.  If you use it correctly, meaning a small amount each time you rub it in, it should last the entire summer.  Mine have.  I have only had to buy one bottle per summer.  This helps me feel better about the cost as well.

My suggestion will be to go ahead & buy a bottle via Amazon.com.  This way it will be on hand when the time arises.  I’m not telling you this because I’m affiliated with Amazon.  I’m telling you this because it is very difficult to find.  You can only find Dermalogica products at select salons and beauty supply stores.  So depending on where you are when you acquire your burn, it may not be readily available.  As a matter of fact, Amazon says there are only 8 left in stock of the size I have {3.4 oz.}  The other reason I suggest Amazon is because of the savings.  I usually pay $35 for this product.  Amazon has this for $25.99.  That is an excellent savings!  If you are an Amazon Prime Member then you pay no shipping and it will be at your house in 2 days!  If you need it sooner, Prime Members only pay $3.99 for one day shipping!

I am happy to share this awesome product with you fabulous readers!

Disclaimer: I was not paid to write this product review. The only way I receive compensation is if you click & PURCHASE on the amazon link provided within my posts or on my sidebar.  Clicking alone will not pay me for sharing products with you.  Amazon Affiliates receive a tiny percentage of purchases made with Amazon.  Honestly, up until this time, I have not made one cent from affiliating with Amazon.  I tell you this because I don’t want you to think I am getting rich off writing for this blog.  Even though it would certainly be nice to be compensated for my time, I write for the sheer joy of helping families.

:D LOL, nope, blogs are not a way of getting rich quick. Not my focus anyway. Pam, you have said it perfectly, “rich in other ways.” I adore the wonderful relationships I have formed from my blog. It is my greatest desire to know I might be touching others. :) I noticed you tweeted about this as well. Joy all around! Glad I can help with sunburn repair, that sounds weird & corny! LOL Thanks for bringing sunshine to my world today.
