I found this necklace I really like, but the price…not so much!
I bought the shells for a mere fraction of the cost,
pulled out my daughter’s beading tools and got to work.
It’s not identical. Tell me what you think?
I wish there were more of the bigger shells, but there were only 3 left at the store.

I was thinking, “Wow! I like hers even more!”…and then I read your Mom’s comment. lol. I do though! The smaller shells, and the ones with the hole in the middle, really make it more interesting.

I love this idea, and i’ve see shell necklaces for more than that in catalogs too! I just went thru my collection of shells and i’m going to do one of my own.. will try to get around to sharing a photo with you. Making jewelry is the best way for me to relax and i have a lot of medical problems and they are always telling me to lower my stress.. Well i have found that that is what it does for me..great job. just wish i made mere money off of it. LOL
